The first thing you see when you open the file. The Dashboard gives you the full picture of your month at a glance. Four summary cards show your total income, total expenses, net cash flow, and burn rate. Below that, two charts visualize your spending: a donut chart breaking down spend by category, and a bar chart comparing category totals side by side. No setup required. The charts are generated from your data automatically.
Transactions
Every transaction from your statement, listed by date with the description, category, and amount. The full transaction list is what feeds the Dashboard charts and Budget Planner formulas. You can filter by category, sort by amount, or scroll through the full month. If you changed any categories during the review stage, those changes are reflected here exactly as you left them.
Budget Planner
The Budget Planner lets you set a spending goal for each category and see how your actual spending compares. Your real spending is pulled in automatically from the Transactions sheet using formulas, so nothing needs to be entered manually. It also includes a 50/30/20 guide that splits your spending into needs, wants, and savings based on your actual income, and a Savings Goals tracker where you can set targets and track your progress.
You approve every transaction before it downloads
After AJParse reads your statement, you see every transaction on screen before the file is generated. The AI categorizes transactions well but is not perfect. If something is wrong, you fix it here. Change a category, remove a transaction you want to exclude, or leave it as is. Your exported file contains exactly what you approved.

Which banks does AJParse work with?
AJParse works with any US bank that lets you download a PDF statement. This includes Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Discover, Capital One, Citi, US Bank, KeyBank, TD Bank, PNC, and hundreds of credit unions and regional banks. If your bank gives you a PDF, AJParse can read it.
Do I need an account?
No. You can upload a statement and download your budget template for $2.99 with no account at all. If you want to save your upload history and do unlimited exports, a monthly plan is available for $10.99 per month.
What if a transaction is categorized wrong?
You review every transaction before anything is exported. If a category is wrong, click it and change it. The review stage is specifically designed so you can clean up the AI output before your budget file is generated.
Does it work with Google Sheets?
Yes. When you export, you can choose Excel or Google Sheets. The Google Sheets export uploads your workbook directly to your Google Drive so you can open it immediately.
What happens to my data after I download?
Your parsed transactions are permanently deleted the moment you click Export. We have no reason to keep them and we do not. Your PDF is discarded even sooner, the moment the text is extracted from it.
